‘Enoshima’ photos

Posted by redracer on October 19, 2008

I have finally updated the ‘Enoshima’ home page with pictures taken from the latest exhibition ….

If that introduction didn’t make sense, then you should know that one of my interests is Japanese trains, both the prototype and models. For the last few years I have been planning, and from early this year I have built my latest model railway layout, based around the Enoshima area south of Tokyo. This is the main reason I have not been posting much for the last 6 months.

On this page you can read about it’s construction history – start at around May/June 2008. If it looks big, yes it is !!! – it is 6.6m long🙂

Wow. I, for one, am thoroughly impressed. The scale and amount of detail goes above and beyond anything I’ve ever seen. Would love to see it in person but I see you live on the other side of the hemisphere.:/

Looks like all of your work paid off. Congrats. :]
