New single releases for June 2008

Five new releases have been announced by major artists for June 2008 …

On the 4th, BoA will release her latest single ‘Kissing You’ plus B-side ‘Sparkle’. The DVD version will include PV’s of both songs. Both versions will have different covers.

Also on the 4th, Jyongri will release her 5th single ‘Unchanging Love – Kimi ga Ireba’ in both CD & CD+DVD versions.

On the 11th, Kumi Koda will release her 40th single ‘Moon’, which will also contain a collaboration with ‘Black Eyed Peas’ singer Fergie called ‘Aint That Cool’ as well as 2 other tracks. The DVD version will contain PV’s of the first 2 tracks, as well as making-of footage. Both versions will have different covers, and both versions will have a first-press-only bonus track.

Also on the 11th, rock-chick Anna Tsuchiya will release her 7th single, an interesting collaboration with R&B singer AI called ‘Crazy World’ and also included will be a remix from the retro/electronic/lounge ‘group’ Fantastic Plastic Machine. The DVD version will contain the PV of ‘Crazy World’ and both versions will have different covers.

Finally on the 25th, Hitomi Shimatani will release her 27th single ‘Wake You Up’ as well as the most ridiculously long song title ever, ‘Ame no Hi niwa Ame no Naka 0 Kaze no Hi niwa Kaze no Naka o’🙄 plus ‘Marvelous’. The DVD version will contain PV’s of all 3 songs. The CD-only version will have ‘Ameoto’ instead of ‘Marvelous’ as well as duet & rap versions of the that ridiculous song.
